The Setup document is required to use the ArchiveMail on DB program. In order to create a new one, open the ArchiveOnDB.nsf database and, once in the Administration / Setup view, click on the button .

The Setup document is used to perform the following actions:

• Search for Mail databases to be archived.
• Update Database document statistics.
• Archiving database content (if status is Enabled)

Archive Profile documents are essential since they allow defining archiving options such as the location of archive databases, the storage periods of Mail database documents, the storage periods of stub documents, etc. In order to create a new Profile document, open the ArchiveOnDB.nsf database and, once you are in the Administration / Profile view, click on the  button.
