SharePoint Provisioner Release Notes (Exclusively for import into SP On-Prem)

- Improved support for attachments with extensions longer than 128 characters in the file name, causing the error "Length cannot be less than zero" during import (example : file.abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz).
- Added the number of warnings in the log file.
Changes also made on the SharePoint Online Provisioner version, v1.21.

- Added prefix and suffix "_" on the encoding of special characters when calculating internal field names.
- Recursive upload of PICTURES subfolders to the resource library.
Changes also made on the SharePoint Online Provisioner version, v1.19.

- Improvement of the taxonomy import in multilevel. When the TaxoMultiLevel parameter is defined in the mapping file, the pre-creation of values in the term set is no longer performed.
On the other hand, if TaxoMultiLevel is empty, we perform the pre-creation of choices, as before (and only if the field was set as Choice before its remapping in Taxonomy).
Changes also made on the SharePoint Online Provisioner version, v1.16.

- Support of multi-level taxonomy. The mapping file must absolutely declare the field as: "<FieldType>Taxonomy</FieldType>" and define the levels using "<TaxoMultiLevel>Notesfield1/Notesfield2</TaxoMultiLevel>"
Modification also made in SharePoint Online Provisioner version, v1.14.

- When the 'empty list' option is activated, we add "Emptying list..." in the log file.
- Fixed a bug for the support of the 'Lookup' type.

- Enhancements of the log file.
- If the Limit option is set to "0", it is no longer importing all items (nothing is imported).
- Enhancement of the SPCustomDesign import settings : support of the {ResourcesFolderURL} tag.

- Added the import of the content of the COMMON\SPCustomDesign subfolder in the resource library allowing the injection of script Web parts according to the content found in the SPCustomDesign folder.

- Adds 2 drop-down lists with the possibility to select only for import in DocSets mode, menus 'Doc Set Content type' and 'File content type'. This allows the use of custom content types (already associated or not with the destination library).

- When a date field is empty, there is no more error in the log file.

- Added 3 New features: 

• Choose the <DocumentKey> field / column as clickable column ('title' column).
• Make a column of type 'managed metadata' (taxonomy).
• New option specific to import in Document Set mode, where it is now possible to make a column independent with respect to the inheritance of the Document Set, useful only if several attachments must be imported into a particular Document Set.

- Fixed a bug related to the 'Note' field type, in the 'Lists and fields mapping' wizard, the list did not correctly detect the contents of the Notes fields which came not from a 'RichText' field but rather of a 'List' (TextList, NumberList, etc), which caused the deselection of the fields (because an empty field / column is automatically de-selected).

- Ability to take into account 2 LIST files in the SHAREPOINT subfolder of the extraction: A first file 'LIST_xxx.xml' to define the mapping of the fields/columns and a file 'LIST_xxx_ITEMS.xml' containing the list of documents/items to import.

- Fixed a problem when trying to create a field with the internal name of the display name of an existing field.

- Displays in the 'Lists and fields mapping' wizard from the 'more' link additional information on the fields to be imported (number of fields per type).

- Fixed a bug related to the 'New Import' button to reload the source folder correctly when parsing the data during the validation of the Import Settings wizard.
