Systematic presence of fields:
- Title: standard SharePoint column, present by default in any list. Not recommended to delete it.
- NoteID: added automatically, this permits to trace documents
- Parent item: added automatically if there is at least one document defining a NOTESREFERENCE
- Links: added automatically to insert the generated HTML rendering from possible LINKS of the document
- ExtendedProperties: Added automatically to handle column values that could not be created.
- Attachments: SharePoint read-only column added by SharePoint from the moment the list manages attachments (default settings in SharePoint)
