Management of the hierarchy of documents (Parent/Child items)

To keep the relationship between parent/child items during the migration of old Notes documents, you need to follow these steps in order.

1 / Using Notes Extractor: The feature 'Keep the hierarchy' need to be enabled during the extraction process.

Each Child document in the Notes extract contains two fields in the header part:
NOTESREFERENCELIST and NOTESREFERENCE, which point to the parent document.

2 / Using SharePoint Provisioner:

In SharePoint Provisioner, if we detect that at least one document in a given list defines a value in these fields, it automatically adds a "Parent item" column of type URL.
This field will be populated automatically with the access URL to the parent document record.
