After validating the import settings, you may see the below error: invalid folder structure

The sub-folder "SHAREPOINT/LISTS" cannot be found. The source folder you selected may be from an old version of Notes Extractor, that is not supported with this version of the SP Provisioner.

The Notes Extractor source folder does not contain the sub-folder SHAREPOINT\LISTS. SharePoint Provisioner needs this folder to get the names & properties of the lists to be imported in the target SharePoint site.
