Generating Report (Word or Excel) under Windows 64 bits doesn't work

Issue :

The MailFlow Analyzer Engine is hosted on a Windows 64bits, and if you are not able to generate Work or Excel report on this server.

Solution :

Please, make sure you have a folder called Desktop located to this path "c:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile"
In case the folder is missing, please, create it.
