MailFlow Analyzer 1.9 Roadmap

The Roadmap of MailFlow Analyzer 1.9 is available :

New Setup features:
- Population: NAB computed Population based on @Formula
- Cross Population: either by 'All population' or by 'selection'
- Refresh User stats on period basis
- Load balancing: secondary mailin database
- Management of corrupted files
- Exclusion of reject ghost mail data
- New filter to exclude mail data from either Sender/Recipents/Subject

User Segmentation:
- Segment list definition
- Segmentation rules
- Segmentation setup

Reporting:
- New Report templates
- Enable debug mode: display Excel/Word interface during the creation of the report
- New tag [COUNT]: Number of collected documents from the source database
- New computed formula extra cell (up to 10 cells)
- New feature 'Action List': Possibility to use operator for data categorization
- Enhancement of the reporting engine
- New trace mode facilities

Collect:
- Mail archiving: possibility to automatically archive mail flow traffic into Mailin databases.

Statistics:
- New User Statistics to display the number of messages where the user is listed in the 'Sent to' field
- New User Statistics: Sent > Impact tab (Number of Messages x Number of Recipients)

Search:
- New Search views & New Results views
- New search parameter such as 'from', 'Principal', 'SMTP originator'

MailFlow Binaries:
- Collect: New Collect binaries for Linux 64 bit.
- Engine: new clean-up phase at engine startup

MailFlow Databases Design :
- Updated views and forms for all MailFlow databases

Estimated release date for the next version : September 2016
