You would like to know who is having the option "Synchronize Contacts on Replication" enabled from their local NAB preferences.
Desktop Manager gets this information while auditing the Personal Address Book Preferences, so, you can make a search based on the field value of "ContactDelegationSwitch" which is "1" when the option is enabled.
