In some very specific support issues, you might provide us more than the DskMgr Log files from the %temp%\dskmgr folder.
In case we also need the notes.ini and the DskMgrStart.nsf db, you could run a Shift+DoubleClick on the DskMgr.exe to create a Zip file that will contain:
All log files from %temp%\dskmgr + notes.ini + DskMgrStart.nsf
