Issue :
If you see the error message "illegal function call" when starting the Notes clients, and you have set a Desktop Manager Profile that modify the line "Location" of the Notes.ini > See attached file
Solution:
Updating the LOCATION = line of Notes.ini must be in accordance with the expected format :
Location=<document_name>,<note_id of document>,<User name>
Example :
Location=Office (Network),D1E,CN=Test User/OU=France/O=Cooperteam
