As Desktop Manager is modifying (by default) Notes shortcuts, if you would like to open a particular database when starting the Notes client, you could add these 2 following lines :
$DskMgrOpenDatabaseServer = CANONICAL NAME OF THE SERVER (EMPTY if the database to open is on local)
$DskMgrOpenDatabaseName = PATH OF THE DATABASE FROM THE NOTES DATA FOLDER
