Hook error : (111) Database has not been opened yet

Description of the issue :

On a Hook document, "Recipients Names" type, when clicking on the "Get Address" button, you get a pop-up message with the following error, see attached picture : (111) Database has not been opened yet

Solution :

To solve this issue, you need to modify the DskMgrHook form, as below :

  - Open the database DskMgr.nsf from the Designer client
  - Edit the form DskMgrHook
  - Go to the "Recipient Names" tab
  - Edit the code button "Get Address"
  - Replace the button code from the code included in the attached file below
  - Save the mask as amended
  - Close the Designer client
