The Dashboard area is displayed by default when opening the Archive Portal administration module. You can return there via the icon at the top left of the browser. You can refresh the page using the
button at the top right of the screen.
The statistics presented on the Dashboard page concern Archive Portal users and hosted Sites. We find the volumes, the activity as well as the limitations imposed by the license key (number of users, number of sites, expiration date). The details of the different blocks are explained below:
| Number of users declared in the Access.xml file. This is the number of users allowed to connect to the Archive Portal. | |
| Distribution between the number of users declared in the Access.xml file (here 9484) and the number of users authorized by the license key (here 9484+516=10000). In green appears the remaining user balance (here 516). | |
| Number of Sites (Notes databases) currently published on the Archive Portal and accessible to users. | |
| Distribution between the number of Sites published (here 2319) and the total number of Sites authorized by the license key (here 2319+681=3000). In green appears the remaining balance of sites (here 681). | |
| License key end date. | |
| Distribution between the number of days already consumed for the license key (here 273) and the total number of days (here 273+92=365). In green appears the remaining balance of days (here 92). | |
| Total number of Notes documents hosted in the Archive Portal Sites. | |
| Total size of data hosted in the Portal Archive Sites (document size + attached file size). | |
| Unique number of users logged in each month. If a user logs in several times per month, they will only be counted once. The maximum value each month is therefore the number of users who can connect to the Archive Portal. | |
| Unique number of sites visited each month. If a site is visited several times per month, it will only be counted once. The maximum value each month is therefore the number of sites hosted by the Archive Portal. | |
| Total number of sessions per month. A session is a user's connection to a site. If a user connects to 3 different sites during the day, their number of connections for that day will be 3. | |
| Portal activity level (number of sessions) during the current week, hourly share. This makes it possible to highlight moments of high activity. | |
| Distribution between the total number of Portal users and the number of Portal users who have logged in at least once in the current year. | |
| Distribution between the total number of sites hosted on the Archive Portal and the number of sites consulted at least once in the current year. | |
| Top 10 users with the most sessions during the year. We indicate the person's login, the unique number of sites visited as well as the total number of sessions. | |
| Top 10 sites that received the most visits during the year. We indicate the title of the Site, the number of unique users who have connected as well as the total number of sessions. |
In addition to the previous statistics, the Dashboard provides real-time indicators on the number of sessions during the day:
as well as on the memory consumption (%) of the server hosting the Archive Portal:
