Desktop Manager 2.7 allow you to enable the "Synchronize Contact" on the replicator page of user's notes client using either a "Task" or "Profile".

This feature is only available from IBM Lotus Notes 8.x and up.

In case you enable this feature for a previous version of the notes client, you can experience a situation where we encounter several Names.nsf entries in the Replicator pages of Notes R5,6,7.x users.
